Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and the profile stays online. No app and no account either — you manage it from a private link we email you.
What does the QR code contain?
Only a web address like planforpaw.com/pet/K4P8X2T7. Your phone number and details live on the profile, not in the code — so you can change them any time without reprinting.
Who can see my details?
You choose. By default the public page shows your phone number and the care information a finder needs. Your email, microchip number and vet details stay hidden unless you switch them on.
How do I put it on my pet?
Download the QR code or the printable Pet ID card, print it, and attach it to the collar tag, harness or travel carrier. You can also send the SVG to a tag engraver.
What happens if my pet goes missing?
Open your management link and switch on Lost Mode. The same QR code then shows a LOST PET alert with where they were last seen, your phone number and an optional reward.

Request a new one with the email you used — the old link stops working and the QR code stays the same.
