The website planforpaw.com (the "Site") and the Plan for Paw brand are owned and operated by EJS LABS EOOD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Bulgaria.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Personal Use License, which form part of these terms.

2. Our Products

We sell digital products — printable and fillable PDF templates, digital guides, and online services such as Smart Pet ID profiles and HD pet card downloads. We do not ship physical goods. Product descriptions, previews and page counts are provided in good faith; small differences in colour or layout can occur depending on your screen, printer and PDF viewer.

Our templates and guides are for organisation and general information only. They do not replace advice from a veterinarian, trainer or other qualified professional. Always consult your vet about your pet's health.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices, run promotions or withdraw products at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid. If a price is clearly displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & Delivery

A contract between you and EJS LABS EOOD is formed when your payment is confirmed. You will then receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your files. Download links are valid for 7 days; if yours expires, contact us and we will reissue it free of charge.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct — it is where your files are sent.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery begins, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and give that consent.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed — in those cases we will fix the problem, resend the files or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Licence & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including templates, designs, text, illustrations, logos and the Plan for Paw name — is owned by or licensed to EJS LABS EOOD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or use the files commercially without our written permission. See the Personal Use License for details.

7. Free Tools & User Content

Our free tools (quizzes, calculators, card maker and similar) are provided "as is" for fun and general guidance. Results are not professional advice.

If you upload content — for example a pet photo or Smart Pet ID details — you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful or offensive. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to store and display it only as needed to provide the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or other users' data
• Scrape, copy or mass-download content or products, except as allowed by these terms
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security

9. Affiliate Links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services.

10. Liability

We take care to keep the Site and our products accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

If you have a complaint, please email us first — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Consumers in the EU may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or the consumer authority in their own country.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
