Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold on Plan for Paw are digital downloads — printable and fillable PDF files delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally non-refundable.

This policy is in line with EU consumer rights legislation for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, where the customer has given explicit consent to waive their right of withdrawal.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will always make it right if:

  • You were charged but never received a download link by email.
  • The files you downloaded are corrupted, incomplete, or do not open.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The product was significantly different from its description on the product page.

In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • You bought the wrong product by mistake (please check the product description carefully before purchasing).
  • You do not have software to open PDF files (free PDF readers are available — see below).
  • The files were not what you personally expected, but they match the product description.

Trouble Opening Your Files?

Before contacting support, please try the following:

  • Printable PDF: Opens with any PDF viewer, including the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, browser built-in PDF viewer, or Apple Preview on Mac.
  • Fillable PDF: Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for the interactive fields to work correctly. Browser PDF viewers may display the file but will not allow you to type in the fields.
  • ZIP archive: On Windows, right-click and select "Extract All". On Mac, double-click the file. On iPhone/iPad, tap the file in the Files app.

Download Link Expired?

Download links are active for 7 days after purchase. If your link has expired and you still need to access your files, please contact us with your order number and we will reissue your download link free of charge.

Licence

All purchases are for personal use only. You may print as many copies as you need for your own household. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files in any form is not permitted.
