Question 1

How do I receive my download after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after payment you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link is valid for 7 days. You can also access your files directly from the confirmation page shown after checkout.

Question 2

What file formats are included?

Accepted Answer

Every product includes a printable PDF (print and fill in by hand) and a fillable PDF (complete digitally on any device). Both A4 and US Letter sizes are included in every download.

Question 3

Can I edit or complete the PDF on my phone or tablet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fillable PDFs work on iPhone, iPad, Android, and any computer. On mobile, open the file in a PDF reader app — Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) works best. On desktop, use Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser's built-in PDF viewer.

Question 4

Can I print it at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All templates are designed for standard home printing on A4 or US Letter paper. They look great in both black and white and colour.

Question 5

Can I print unlimited copies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your purchase is for personal household use and you can print as many copies as you need for yourself. Redistribution, resale, or sharing the files with others is not permitted.

Question 6

My download link has expired. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Download links are active for 7 days after purchase. If your link has expired, email us at planforpaw@proton.me with your order number and we will reissue the link at no charge.

Question 7

The fillable PDF fields are not working in my browser.

Accepted Answer

Browser-based PDF viewers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) often display the file but do not support interactive fields. Download the file and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for full fillable functionality.

Question 8

Can I use these on an iPad with Apple Pencil?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The printable PDF version works well for handwriting with Apple Pencil in apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or the Files app.

Question 9

Are these veterinary documents?

Accepted Answer

No. All Plan for Paw templates are organisational tools for personal record-keeping only. They do not replace advice from a licensed veterinarian. Always consult your vet for medical decisions.

Question 10

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged but did not receive your files, or your files are corrupted, we will always make it right. See our full Refund Policy or email us.

Question 11

I have a problem with my order. How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email us at planforpaw@proton.me with your order number. We aim to respond within a few hours.
