Question 1

How does the mystery box work?

Accepted Answer

You buy the box, and right after checkout we reveal the 3 templates inside. They are added to your download page and confirmation email straight away, just like any other order.

Question 2

Can I get a template I already own?

Accepted Answer

We check your previous orders and pick templates you don't have yet. Only if you already own nearly everything in the box's range could a repeat appear.

Question 3

What is the guaranteed value?

Accepted Answer

The regular prices of the 3 templates you receive always add up to at least the guaranteed amount — usually more.

Question 4

Can I choose which templates I get?

Accepted Answer

Not in a mystery box — that is the surprise. If you want specific templates, every one of them is also sold on its own.

Question 5

How do I receive my download?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after payment you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link is valid for 7 days. You can also access your files directly from the confirmation page.

Question 6

Can I edit the PDF?

Accepted Answer

Every product includes a fillable PDF version you can complete digitally on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Simply open it in a PDF reader and type directly into the fields. A printable version is also included if you prefer to fill it in by hand.

Question 7

What devices and apps can I use?

Accepted Answer

The fillable PDFs work with any standard PDF reader — Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Apple Preview on Mac, or your browser's built-in PDF viewer. No special software is required.

Question 8

Can I print these at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All templates are designed for standard home printing on A4 or US Letter paper. They look great in black and white as well as colour.

Question 9

Can I print only the pages I need?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every page works on its own, so you can print a single sheet, a handful of pages, or the whole set. Many customers print the pages they use daily and keep the rest digital.

Question 10

Can two people use the same pages for one pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is exactly what they are designed for. Print a copy for the kitchen or a shared binder so partners, family members and anyone else caring for your pet are all working from the same information.

Question 11

Can I reuse the pages as my pet grows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your purchase includes unlimited reprints for your own household, so you can start a fresh sheet every week, month or year for as long as you need it.

Question 12

Is this suitable for any breed, or a rescue or shelter pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nothing is breed-specific and nothing assumes you have the pet's full history. The pages are blank structures you fill in with your own pet's details, which works just as well for a rescue whose background you are still piecing together.

Question 13

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a one-time purchase with no account, no recurring fee and no renewal. Pay once and the files are yours to keep and reprint.

Question 14

What if I have a problem with my download?

Accepted Answer

Email us at hello@planforpaw.com with your order number and we will sort it out straight away. We aim to respond within a few hours.
